Font Size - Too Small plus other issues
It initially took nearly two weeks and lots of emails back and forth with Kore before the app finally managed to update the firmware and thus pair the device. Whist pairing the with the app the device would go as far as “pair” but would then say firmware needed to be updated, after selecting the “ok” button the screen would freeze and there was no button to select “update” . After lots of emails and video evidence to show what was happening the App finally started to work.I like what it can do and at present the price is very good (probably because it’s in trial phase). However the text is far to small, I can’t even read the time without glasses on and impossible to read some of the other screens even with glasses on. This is not great If exercising and and want to check progress or other features.Another issue I have experienced is that once I select and Activicty on the watch the screen freezes and I cannot return to see the front face (time).Additionally I find the way that you record weight on the app really annoying. You can record in Kg or lb but not in stones, therefore the weight needs to be converted to one of these before it can be recorded.I’m sure that these are teething problems with the device and Kore will try to rectify them, However I am going to have to return it as I cannot wait around for the problems to be resolved as every day I am eating in to the guarantee/return period. When contacting Kore for support, they keep replying that they cannot find a record of my purchase, despite the product being purchased from Amazon and register with them

Smart watch didn't work
Unbelievably impressed with customer service as stated above watch didn't work because it was out of timeframe for return . I binned it . But they picked up on my feedback contacted me and offered full refund . Now that's customer service . I will be watching carefully to see what you bring out in the future 10/10

Miscounts steps
I bought this to track steps and activity plus bpm. It is good for the heart rate stuff but i found it counted my movements of simple things like tying my hair up as steps. I had got out bed,got dressed and put my hair for it to count it as nearly 60 steps. Due to this returning it as not suitable for what i want.

Swiftly returned
I read and watched loads of positive reviews for this online and that’s why I bought it…. However I found it to be pretty poor. The pros- it looks good- it’s comfortable to wear- app is easy to useThe cons- buttons on watch aren’t very responsive, except when you don’t want them to be- really fiddly and a pain to close around wrist- worn for 2 workouts and both times it came undone and fell off- really inaccurate readings (see below)- app takes ages to communicate with watch and information seems to appear and then disappear again on the app- when using for walking or running, it doesn’t map your routeInaccurate readingsSo this was the worst part of the item really. 1 night it recorded my sleep 4 hours short of what it was but the next night it over recorded it by an hour. I was at a concert and it recorded me doing 1900 steps while I was sat down and it also recorded me doing 150 steps while driving. Brushing hair, getting dressed or even using a computer all gets recorded as steps.Whilst out in a walk, we used 4 trackers between us and this recorded the same round as being nearly 1km shorter than the other trackers (which were all very close to each other). When the information I can check is this inaccurate I can’t then trust anything it says. It’s only been 2 days but I don’t want to persevere with something this any longer and have already processed the return.

not bad but not great
there are a few challenges with this watch that stop me integrating it into my keep fit routine. Firstly the strap is really fiddly and annoying to do up. Secondly the sync seems to take ages and sometime i have to log back in and pair the device on the apple app.the blood oxygen seems to rarely vary regardless of what type of workout i do, maybe this is normal maybe its not... still researching.the app on the iphone is okay but no super insight plus im slightly suspicious of the sleep numbers since i've had some really bad night sleep and it thinks i was massively in deep or rem sleep....

Strap keeps coming undone
Not great the strap keeps coming undone so it’s nearly been lost a few times so not very happy with it

Purchase money returned,
Purchase money retuned, with no hassle, after the unit developed a grey stripe across half of the face, obscuring half of the unit detailed readings.
