Q: Are the bags made in Usa?

If it’s any consolation I went with a similar (albeit more insulated (1 inch of open cell foam, not 8mm, easily kept ice or an ice pack for 24 hours in 90+ degree heat) and paid 4 or 5 times this price for it. There is a staggering premium for US manufacturing, especially in textiles/soft goods. If you’re serious about it and you’ve got the cash check out the Bison Cooler XD line. The 12 can soft cooler makes a great large lunch bag and I love seeing that flag tag on it every morning when it gets packed. see less

Q: Does this lunch bag keep food hot?

Ours lunch bags are insulated with 8mm PE foam insulation because we want you to enjoy your food and drinks at the RIGHT temperatures. It will keep you food Hot and your drinks Cold, for hours!

Q: The zipper on mine is failing. How can I contact you for a possible replacement?

They should be able to replace or send you a new one depending on how old

Q: Liner which is removable, held in by velcro strips, has ripped. Do you sell just liners?
