Do Your Feet and Legs a Favor!
Love the height adjustability on this and the ability to move your feet frontwards and backwards. This is so comfortable and it makes my legs feel better than sitting at my desk all day with my feet on the floor. Way better for your circulation in your feet and legs in my opinion. Highly recommend.

Good product
This product to some getting used to for me, but after a few weeks I really like it and use it everyday at work. During these first few weeks of use, I genuinely noticed the soreness in my lower back disappear.Product is made from a sturdy plastic, but is still susceptible to breaking under extreme stress. There is no locking feature for the tilt like there is for the elevation, but that allows for natural positioning of the feet/ankles depending on how you are sitting. As a 6' male, the hardest part about getting used to this product was learning to sit with my legs closer together, which was a little uncomfortable at first but easy to overcome once the benefits are noticed. However, even then my feet still frequently hang over the edges, and I wish that there was an option for one that was 4"-6" wider. The massaging texture is nice if you have an opportunity to rub your feet on it in socks (or bare feet if your environment allows), but is not at all helpful with shoes on.Overall would recommend this product.

Ergonomics matter!
my wife is relatively short, and this footrest helps her use her computer at her non-computer desk in a more ergonomic manner. There were plenty of adjustments (tilt, height) to achieve a comfortable posture while working, and the cost was reasonable.

Lasted 4 years
Four stars, minus one for breaking. It lasted 4 years but I would expect a much longer life out of something I merely rest my feet on while I work. I purchased this in July 2020 when I started working from home. I found the adjustable settings to be a little flimsy and, like others have described the rocking motion is a bit loose, the height adjustment doesn't always lock in like it is supposed to, etc. Today I was using it as usual and the plastic connection on one side snapped in half.

Your legs will thank you
I love this foot support. I am constantly at my desk because of my job and even though I have a standing desk that I do utilize, sometimes you just are not in the mood to stand and you want to be seated but with some elevation for your legs, and this is it. It has different heights to choose from which helps on how high up you want your legs to be. I feel like i can tell my veins are happy when Iuse it.

Excellent
I have bad knees and they always hurt while I was working. Once I got this to support my feet my knees have felt so much better.

Wobbly. If it would lock in position I'd love it!
I'd rate this product five stars across the board where it not for the issue described within. The ergonomic design is very good. Two adjustable heights keep legs and ankles within the perfect range for comfort! Pressure is relieved from the spine, and legs remain in a natural position, allowing one to sit up straight without overstretching from the hips. It's perfect for pain relief from sciatica, and provides good ankle support to prevent fluid build up -- when it works properly. When the pandemic started, I took a remote-from-home job which requires many hours of sitting, often without so much as a five minute break ver 6-8 hours. And walking during my off hours has been hindered either by weather conditions or darkness. As a result, I've put on a few pounds, and my sciatica has flared up. So I desperately need a product like this one (and perhaps a gym membership). The foot rest is designed to "rock", or swivel, so that the user can stretch and exercise the ankles. HOWEVER, therein lies the problem: the swivel action is too loose, which makes it wobbly.I can't rest my feet comfortably for more than a few minutes without finding myself grasping it with my feet to keep it in place. Eventually it collapses and slides out from under my feet, and I become frustrated and push it aside.I've searched for a way to tighten it, or adjust the flimsy locking mechanism, to no avail. My current workaround involves stuffing an old throw pillow beneath it to stop the swivel action and prevent it from collapsing. I also put a rubber gripper mat beneath it -- the type used under throw rugs -- to prevent the foot rest from sliding around on the ceramic tile floors. It's not a perfect fix, but it helps a lot. Still, considering the price, and the fact that it came out of the box in that condition barely a month ago, I feel cheated.I did send a message to the seller through Amazon but have never received a response.
