Had an older one but I broke it so I got a new one and I love this. I use it on my neck and chin and between my eyebrows and it takes them right out. Sometimes around the sides of my mouth but more sensitive but if I pull my skin tight it's OK. I have those thicker longer black and some white hairs that grow out and this works great...then use my flawless over my more sensitive areas like above the lip and cheeks and run it back over my neck to smooth out any short ones. The flawless only cuts them down but this one will pull them out and works great.

Deja muchos vellos, sólo los rompe y si tratas de quitarlos acercando las pinzas a la piel terminas quemandote como me pasó porque no se le puede disminuir la velocidad .

My first epilator
I used this as soon as it arrived and I love it. Took care of those fine facial hairs and not too painful to endure. Very happy with this item!
