They provide a flyer in the package stating you can get a free full size mic if you leave a five star review. Then they say last minute oh never mind even though you did everything we can’t send it to Canada. Then you ask a family member to give their American address and they never respond to you. A whole bunch of false claims. The keyboard is tiny it is not like the one in the picture of the adult playing. Also anyone who owns an iPhone knows it doesn’t have an audio jack anymore and they claim it can connect to an iphone. There are no lightning connectors.

DEFINITELY read the dimensions because it is for not adult sized whatsoever. There's also no screen or anything to see what settings you're on. The sound quality sucks, and the microphone doesn't do much unless it's basically inside your mouth. I am returning, but if I were maybe 10 years old, this would work great.

First thing, this is *not* the keyboard shown on the picture. It is at least 4× smaller! Know what you are buying: this is a cheap "dollar store" quality toy. Many notes got stuck while other produce no sound whatsoever. I sent it back. Avoid! This is beyond bad!

First I love almost everything we buy from here. But this really disappointed me. It sounds like there’s something broken in the speaker and the mic does not work! I haven’t contacted the manufacture yet. Just opened 2 days ago because my son had surgery and it was a “pick me up” gift and just venting about quality. So nothing bad about the company. Just frustrating.
