I own hand/forearm exercisers of all kinds, and this one is really interesting. The different motions you can use it's resistance against is a lot of fun. Doing an exercise close to your body and then doing the same exercise with your arms extended really makes clear the different muscles you're using.I went straight for the dark blue one. and I really like the shape and strength of it. I leave it on the couch and do exercises during loading screens. If they make one the size of a pool-noodle, I'd probably pick that up. Wedge it under the couch and wrestle the whole thing. :)

I ordered this to help me recover from tennis elbow. I ordered the medium from a different company, it was very firm . This is more flexible than I would have liked but still suits the purpose.Not sure if this company’s medium would have been less firm. I now use this daily to prevent recurrence of my tennis elbow.

Hi! A wrist bar was recommended to me by the physical therapist after my broken arm healed. It is helping me gain some strength as I do the exercises prescribed to me at home.

I just got VikingStrength Wrist Bar a few days ago and have been using it almost every day. I am a physical therapist (30 yr now) and have treated and struggled myself with intermittent elbow pain. This was lacking. The ones I used in physical therapy were much thicker and had more resistance, despite the claim that this needed so much weight pressure to bend it. I felt it wasn’t true to claim. This felt flimsy compared to LoGest and Theraband brands they had at P/T. I should’ve just bought those brands.

With this product black is designated as the stongest resistance. My experience is not so, while build quality and durability is good, resistance is slight at best.

I bought a green one. I'm satisfied with the strength and intensity. I thought it would have similar effect like a traditional wrist roller, but I feel a bit different. I'd like to try a higher intensity next time.
