Was excited to receive my product just to discover that the jar was broken and the contents were spilled all over the box. Negative stars are not possible to be given so I'll give one star. This is not a good first impression to a new and last customer 😡😡😤😤

The media could not be loaded.  I haven’t tasted this yet, BUT if this product should be refrigerated then WHY is it being packaged without??! I understand this is to be like a gel consistency. It was WELL packaged, NO leaks, BUT soupy consistency. Unsure of efficacy at this point.UPDATE: CONSISTENCY DID THICKEN A BIT AFTER REFRIGERATION.

This product was soupy when it arrived. Also the there was no seal around the lid. I tossed it

When the product arrived even tho heavily packaged it was still leaking within the packaging . Ultimately not much leaked out just messy no big deal. My real issue is with the taste. It’s packaged with a metal lid and I swear the product has a metal taste to it . I could be wrong as this is my first time ever trying sea moss so to a certain degree I don’t know what to excpect as far as taste but I plan on trying another retail provider next time

Taste was nasty taste like spoiled strawberries, the texture was soupy not like a seamoss gel, even after being refrigerated it never became a gel

The product arrrived as promised, the issue I had was upon opening the package, the sea moss had leaked out wetting the jar it arrived in. The plastic ring seal was intact around the lid, but once I opened the jar , there was no additional seal covering the opening causing product to leak out of jar.

The media could not be loaded.  Well it came today and was liquidity I put it in the fridge to see if it gels up and I will try it and see how it goes will get back to you all

I love this product taste it’s not bad it really doesn’t have too much of a taste you can barely taste the strawberry but I like that because you can take a straight out of the spoon and it does not leave a bad taste in your mouth
