The taste is good. It's the seeds that get in my teeth. Even after brushing I have seeds stuck in my teeth. In between the bridge. I swoosh and they still don't come out.

No like. It tasted like you were eatting snake skin!! And it breaks apart into seeds..gotta be a better way. You might as well just take a tsp of flax seeds and start chewing...but there is also some ingredient in it that makes it feel slimy...

Don't eat them in public, those little seeds stick all over your teeth!
