Donga Inkjet Safe Jet Stick Solid Gel Highlighter

I bought these highlighter for over 3 months now. I used it for my bible study. It soft ( but not breakable or anything) , smooth and easy to highlight without using any force or effort. The colors are beautiful. At first I thought the color doesn't show as strong as I want it to be. So I go over the area I want twice. But few days later I happened to read some verses that I highlighted before. The colors were very strong( saturated)Which mean I shouldn't go over twice.When you go over it once. It might seem light. Leave it. Trust me. The color get saturated over time( but still doesn't bleed through the other side, Thank God.)I was very impressed with that. I thought I already wrote a review for this product, so I can update and give it the reward it deserved . But it turned out I haven't.So I'm glad to inform you that the product is very good. I carry it will me to study all the time. The color looks great. Easy to use , on the plus side is the Price. I usually go for expensive stuff. I bought this because they have the colors that I like.Beside I bought some more expensive from staedtler . They was ok, not bad. But wasn't soft and smooth like this one. And the colors are lighter. I had to go over a line twice or more to get the color that I wanted.If I have one complain. Some of the pen's cap seem getting lose. Which mean they don't close completely. I guess there was some wax from the pen got in the cap. But I just close it and put in the box that they provided. So no problem for me. Nor it dry out the gel. So still good.

These gel highlighters are perfect for marking up documents. They don't bleed through the paper, and will likely never dry out. You can see through all five colors, so it makes a great way to highlight for different purposes on the same document. These come in a nice box that can be kept to store them in whereas other brands you tear them out of their packaging, and they are bouncing around in your purse or pencil case. The price is comparable to other brands, and may be a few bucks cheaper for the quantity and variety. They were shipped quickly for an overseas company, and came well packaged. I have switched to this type The only drawback is that some pens will not write over the waxy mark these highlighters make. If you try a couple of types of pens, you will find one that will mark it with no problems.

I love these Inkjet Safe Jet Sticks! They don't smear or bleed through even the flimsiest of pages and being thinner than some other gel markers on the market they are easier to highlight exactly what is needed so you mark what you want cleanly and efficiently. The colors are very vibrant, too. Also, if you own an inkjet printer that uses water-based inks (like Hewlitt-Packard) you know how frustrating it is to have your work smear when using a highlighter. These will prevent the smearing of the ink. I highly recommend them.

Like lipstick, they start out with a nice tip, which is fairly wide; I've had trouble highlighting a single line of text in a book with normal, "book size" font.The wax they're made out of is closer to the consistency of lipstick than crayon and glides smoothly over paper but wears down fast, leaving a flat edge with different facets so you need to plan ahead to get the most precise line.The end result is a nice, transparent color almost the same as any other highlighter. They aren't as bright as an ink highlighter but the difference is minimal.They function like lipstick, turning to provide more. I don't know how much product is actually inside - I stopped my inquiry afraid I'd break it - but it seems fairly large.

My second time repurchasing this product. I LOVE these gel highlighters.I like to highlight when I read but always hated when ink highlighters would bleed through the pages so I switched to these.After going through a pack and a half of these, here's what I noticed:1. This is made of some colored WAXY substance.2. It won't work *that well* on glossy paper.3. It will leave some shavings when you highlight.4. These shavings will stick to the other page face when you close your book and/or fall off the page onto the floor.5. Because it waxy, the tip is constantly changing and can sometimes go flat which can lead to inaccurate highlighting (usually I end up highlighting above the text).6. Because it is a waxy substance, it doesn't absorb into the page like ink would. If you touch it after highlighting, it will get on your hands.7. When you get close to the VERRRRYYY end of the highlighter, the gel stick just plops out so you can't really use the small bit thats left.Even with these nuisance, I still prefer these over any ink highlighters( I REALLY don't like bleedthrough!!!!)Some tips I picked up:1. When I see the crumbs forming, I just press down on it hard with my highlighter to embed it into the page so it won't fall off.2. I keep my gel pointy by changing which sides I use to highlight. You have to shape the point or else it goes flat which leads to inaccurate highlighting.

EXACTLY what I was hoping for! Works well and does NOT bleed through my textbook pages like a regular highlighter! Perfect!Edit: One interesting thing I've found after much use is that each highlighter color has slightly different qualities and each marks differently on different types of paper. For some textbooks, one color will come out much lighter than the others, and it may be opposite for other textbooks. It's a bit strange, but not necessarily a negative in my opinion. I've just ordered a second set because I've used up most of the first one.
