OK..so I've battle stinky feet for so long. It runs in my family. This is a great product -- I tried it with a new pair of shoes and it really does soak up all the foot sweat and keeps my feet dry. After about a month though, I started smelling a hint of my usual foot odor so I had to swap out to a new set of insoles. Still think they are great though. I would recommend removing them at the end of the day to let them air out and changing them more frequently if you sweat a lot more. It was so nice to have a month of not having to worry about foot odor. Will get a couple more as needed.

These are the best shoe inserts to control odor that i have ever used. Love them and love that the color is dark so they won't always look dirty like the white ones do. Plus they are comfortable.

Easy to cut out because it has the dotted lines for your shoe size, and it is very soft and comfortable.
