It is very soft and supports heels. Very good product but Amazon delivery boys tried to open the same thinking it has some expensive thing

Good product under this price. Though Not sure whether it has silicon gel or not, but soft and easy to use. However, I feel it's better to have one more inner full feet soul instead of half for heel only. A bit heavy than expected.

Not very helpful and very sticky on both side
My experience with this product is not that great, its very sticky and i have to throw it out due to this. While walking its not comfortable at all.

Hot sole
Not using it, generates some heat of wore for long time. Okay for short time but Not useful if you plan to use more than an hour.

Very useful
The glue below it, does not last long, so i used double tape. It really helps the heels. I kept it in my daily wear shoes. After using a month or so, I can say, now my heels doesn't hurt.
