Read reviews before purchase
I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. I have never owned a pair of Bib Overalls and have always wanted a pair. I do wear lots of Dickies products but after reading reviews I figured my best be was the Big Smith overalls. I also went up a size just to be safe especially after reading reviews. So they fit me perfect and even the length is perfect. I am a big guy at 300 lbs. and 5'10" and am very happy with my overalls. If you are not sure about sizing i usually wear a 50-52 depending on the brand so i choose a 54 waist, hopefully this helps with sizing.

Time Tested Design
Over the years I have seen overall manufacturers gradually cheapen their products by cutting corners or stopping production all together. For example, 50 years ago the leading manufacturer of overalls was Lee, who made an excellent product, but Lee hasn't made overalls since the 1970s. I was thrilled to finally find a company who made overalls that fit me and still had many of the features so many manufacturers no longer include. The Big Smith overalls still have a watch pocket in the bib. They still have a matches pocket. They have a full length partition between the pliers pockets on the right leg. They have two bib pockets and two pencil pockets. They even provide a cell phone pocket beneath the hammer loop. They also have deep front pockets that keep your stuff from falling out when sitting or lying down working on the ground under machinery. If they continue to keep these features and not cheapen the design, I will be a repeat customer for years to come.

Pay attention to size.
Should have ordered next size up. The shoulders straps should be longer. I have them adjusted all the way out, and wish I had more. It fits a bit snug in the waist, but is perfect in length. I'm just not sure if I can blame first time washing shrinkage (100% cotton). If you want to be a wanna-be-farmer like me, and if you want to proudly wear your made in America "Big Smith", be advised that these are made in Vietnam. Overall, it barely fits. I am 5'7" at 200 lbs. If you have a tummy that is bigger than your waist, you have to go by your tummy size, and consider shrinkage when washed. I saw these listed somewhere for twice the money, perhaps they were made in America. One last thing: They look exactly like in the picture--they don't look like the stone washed effect, as in other brands, but rather an even, solid color, if that is important.

Poor quality/durability Undersized.
Stitching at the waist on both sides coming loose after 3 washings. If this is any indication of the future they will be falling apart in just a little while. I wish the straps were longer, I have mine out all the way which is not normal. This also causes the legs to be too short and crotch too tight. After ordering a different brand with longer length I found out just how bad these are. After washing what was supposed to be 2" longer I discovered they are 6" longer. The Big Smith 32" inseam is 28.5"! The straps on the BigSmith were at max length, the Key's straps have 6" left. The straps don't fall off my shoulders because both the front and back are much higher. Not recommending the Big Smith at all.

6 month review
Over the last 6 months, I have worn these overalls for hard labor as well as casual wear. All and all they have proven to be a quality product, as the denim, stitching, and clasps show no signs of failure. This is what really matters to me, and for that reason I am a satisfied customer. Now for my nit-picking, and the reasons I withheld a star:1. These overalls are anything but stonewashed. They are a rich and solid blue, through and through (as pictured). Why call these "stonewashed"? I hope mine take on a stonewashed look with age, but even after 6 months of wear they still look pretty much like what you see in the picture.2. I think the side button eyelets (maybe there is a name for those?) could be a hair tighter. Its not a frequent problem, but sometimes when I am working I look down to notice that one side has come undone, and my coworkers have a prime view of the sides of my boxer shorts under my shirt.

He goes through overalls like nobody's business
My husband is a big ol boy. And when I say big, I mean huge. He goes through overalls like nobody's business. So it would have them often, but weirder things because that's his favorite brand and I think the last of the longest. I am very pleased with how well these are built and the size that it goes to also the price. He has always liked this brand over any other and for that reason I will continue to buy this brand. This is highly recommended especially for anyone who was overweight or in a larger size.

Most comfortable bibs I've owned
I've had Liberty, great when they were about worn out and soft. But shrinking was a big issue. Dryer beware.I had dickies, good bibs. But, I have long legs and a short torso. The front came up to high. No shrinking.I had carhartt, tough material. To thick and to hot. Good luck wearing them out. Clips were cheap. These Smiths feel and fit great. Front is lower, because its lower I don't feel so hot. Love the pockets for my pen and pencil on the front. Side pockets on the legs are bigger (a first) my cell phone goes in the right side. My can of snuff in the left leg. Before I had to put my phone in the front pocket, my snuff can barely went in the leg pocket.Fit, great. I wear 42 W. I ordered 42 W.One person had a gripe about these not lasting if you do rough work all day. I can see the knees not lasting to long. Other than that I don't see it. Sew some patches in the knees when they wear thin.

¡Me gustó!
Sigo satisfecho.Ojalá te haya ayudado a tomar una mejor decisión.

Wall's Big Smith, Big product.
Casual daily wear, well worth the wait. This is my forth pair, and am now waiting to receive my fifth pair on 4 October. Although I wear them large they are the most comfortable overalls that I have bought.
