We bought 2. They are perfect

I ordered this for my sister who has the same appliance at home the moment she fixed it and tried using it. It leaked. This shows that the seal quality is not good or maybe not of the quality advertised however, for the same model, we have to order the same seal, so I will attempt to order it again in hopes that it may work However it is a loss and have tried complaining about it unfortunately, no support was provided

The old and the original one started leaking a greasy substance at the bottom after 5+ years of usage. So, when I called Nutribullet, they suggested I buy a replacement at Amazon since they stopped selling in Canada after COVID. So, purchased based on their recommendation.
