How do these filters attach to the housing? Can they be easily switched underwater?

Snap the filter on the housing's lens like a lid to install. Yes, it's not difficult to switch the filters underwater. Remember that the filters need to be connected with safety tethers to prevent them from sinking.

The drawstring bag didn't come with my order. Is this supposed to be included per description of the product in the Amazon.com ad?

It came with my order, so I "assume" it should come with all.

Description says red filter for freshwater and magenta filter for seawater. Shouldn't it be the opposite?
