First off I like the design and features BUT the product is/has been discontinued according the website..

I already have a Yolink hub and a power monitor module. That has worked fine for months. I just added these leak detectors and will add a shutoff valve soon.The setup was super easy. Place it near the hub. Scan the QR. Name it. Press a button to bind it. Press setup to go online. (Don't press and hold, believe the instructions and just press once.)I highly recommend Yolink.

"Connected, no internet"Intermittently, forever.If that's your thing, buy a bunch of these to put around your home or office.No support. I don't mean the support was bad. I submitted two support tickets and emailed their help desk and there was literally no response beyond an automated confirmation that they'd received my messages.

Good: Strong signal strength. I used three. Absolutely seamless. very happy. The app is nice. Not too hard to figure out the app. The setup is automated and easy.Bad: The instructions only say to download the phone app. There should be some instruction.TIP:There is no admin web page to access the device like on a regular wireless router. It is entirely run on a mobile app. This is not made clear in the instructions. I've seen this on other MESH systems.TIP:The other units simply plug into the electrical wall outlet. Nothing else is needed. I knew this but some people won't and it's also not made clear anywhere.TIP:The distance between the devices has to be no more than maybe 15 yards. They can't be too far apart which is odd because when they run, the signal goes much farther.I hope this review will help someone else.

The product overall provides great capability for my gaming needs. It includes a 400 + 867Mbps wireless speed that is better than my previous router - now I have less latency and faster speeds. The setup and interface is quite simple (took me about 5 mins to set up) and also connects to the EnMesh app. A feature that I enjoy is that it auto-detects the best link quality, which is something that is very apparent. Haven’t used the personal cloud storage yet - will update this review when I do so.
