Every time you put in jewelry or get new jewelry you clean it well I did that and kept cleaning in while this piercing was in and my piercing got infected so bad that I had to take it out and put my other one back in and then it wasn't hurting anymore! If you don't get infections easily with piercings then BUY THIS if you do get infections easily DO NOT BUY!

The part that you unscrew was on so tight I had to use my teeth to get it off once I put the jewelry on the tops were made too bulky so they won’t sit flush with your skin and the bottom piece pushes into your belly button why the top sticks out and is made to hurt/look bad/cause a hazard to get stuck on things looks pretty but out of the five that I have I can only wear the Hart and the plain round circle the rest had to be trashed not worth the money
