Good sweater, is soft very nice to wear l, though it was a little bit small for me, so I gave it to someone else.

I bought this sweater in every colour, they're soft to the touch, good quaity and of a medium thickness so perfect for cold autumn / winter days. All of the colours are very lovely and wearable, easy to mix and match with trousers, denim and skirts. I'm petite in size and built so I'm normally a size small to extra small in most sweaters, I ordered these sweaters in size medium and it's a nice fit without being too tight or too loose so you may need to take this in consideration if you're not petite as they may come up smaller than expected. I'mable to wear a thermal layer underneath on colder days. They are good value for money.

Lovely jumper if you're a twig. I ordered their biggest size 2XL (Amazon even recommended that size) to be on the safe side as I'm a size 16 UK. however I was disappointed to receive something my size 10 daughter would squeeze in to. The sizing is absolutely TINY. if you're more than a size 12 forget it. I tried to return the item but the seller sent a useless return label with the address in wingdings font. I couldn't find the address in English anywhere so I contacted them. They asked for a photo of the item! I sent a photo of the pointless label and heard nothing back. I've given up and just put this down to experience, do not buy from foreign sellers where their national sizing is much smaller than UK and also, whose customer service is conducted in a foreign language. I'm annoyed because I've wasted money and this has happened to me before, I should have remembered and just not bought this jumper. It is a nice jumper but if you're a normal UK sized customer, you should avoid, avoid, avoid.

It was acceptable for the price, nicely made but very thin. I expected much thicker the photo was the same as more expensive one, thought I had got a bargain!

It’s a beautifully soft jumper and I love the colour, but after reading some reviews before ordering, I ordered a size larger than I normally would. Unfortunately it was still on the ‘snug’ side. I’m usually a 12 or medium, but I ordered a large which I assumed would be a 14. It’s still wearable but definitely snug. It’s good quality and it’s a good price, so I’m considering ordering maybe an XL or even XXL.

The sleeves are too tight there is no give in them so dissatisfied and material is good

Surprised at how good the quality is for the price point. Firstly, the material is very soft. If you’re anything like me, if you’re going into winter and pulling on a turtleneck after not wearing anything up to your neck for months, it’s got to be soft! The amount of expensive but scratchy jumpers I’ve discarded is ridiculous. These turtleneck jumpers (I bought, black, winter white and camel) are on par with M&S Soft Touch. I am a size 12, 36b bust. I bought the medium, perfect fit on me. If you’re bustier or 12 to 14 I would go up a size. Quality of seams is good. No irritating labels stitched in your side or back of your neck either. Another bug bear of mine. So overall an excellent buy and can recommend.

I must admit I didn't expect much from this product, but the quality/colour/shape is very nice.It came on time, good price, just order a size up.
