Super easy to use, well made, and designed compact enough to keep in your bag on the course in case you need to mark balls on the fly. Takes a few balls to get the hang of it, but it creates an awesome putting aid. Very similar result to a triple track ball which is a massive help when putting. I’ve marked probably 10 dozen golf balls so far and it’s creating crisp, accurate lines just like the first ball. You can keep the lines thin or thick, depending on your preference, and can use whatever color you prefer to mark the ball. I’d recommend going with the Milwaukee inkzall job site marker, which is very fast drying and much more permanent compared to a sharpie.

Great marker guide. A little difficult to line up a seam but once in place, easy to use.

Really like it and after using it for a while I now understand that you don't need to squeeze the holder so tight. The looser the hold the looser the ball can move. Now it's really easy to use.

Great idea if the end caps spun freely. Mine are very stiff and makes it so when marking the ball if you want the marks to go 360° around the ball you must remove the ball and reposition it a couple of times. I tried using some mineral oil on the ends between the metal end caps and the plastic but this did not help. I would gladly pay twice the price if the endcaps had ball bearings in them! If just marking the one section then it works great. Follow-up to my previous review, I returned my first one thinking it may be a production error as some reported it work work great so I received my second one and sure enough it had the same issue. I decided to try and resolve the issue myself. I tried lubrication but this didn’t work then I tried what another reviewer suggested and gently sanded down the plastic ends where they come in contact with the metal end pieces. After several gentle sanding with 120 grit on both ends the device works as it is designed. Easily spins around the ball while holding the ends down to keep the ball in the same location. Going to keep review at 3 stars as no one should have to go through this much effort to get it to work. Again if this has ball bearing metal end caps it would be perfect!

This is a must have if you take your golf game seriously. I used to try using the existing lines on the balls and because theyre so small, I wasn't sure if it was truly lined up straight. This allows me to mark the entire circumference of the ball and plus it had a 90 degree T line so I know my putter is perpendicular. Every little bit helps.

Hard to use, returning it. I have already have a ball alignment tool, and when I saw this I thought it looked like an improvement on my model. Unfortunately, it's definitely not. First off the "hard" plastic frame flex's too much and the rubber end caps that cradle the ball do not rotate freely. Due to that I could not draw a consistent straight line around the ball when rotating the tool around the ball. If your only using the 180 degree feature and drawing lines on half the ball it works to a degree. But the rubber cups hold the ball slightly off the plastic frame making it hard to get a consistent line on the ball surface. I can press the ball into the frame to get better contact but for the price I can't justify spending more to get less performance. It's a great concept wish it worked as advertised.

It does exactly what it's suppose to do. And it's inexpensive. Good product.
