I live in a house with high widows and skylights that are difficult and downright dangerous to reach with a ladder. I was so pleased on the first day I used this and realised I can now do away with the ladder nightmare. It reaches the highest windows and is very sturdy so it does not twist and bend despite the length. Be prepared for the weight but you will get used to it and not look back.

Best product out there, certainly worth the extra money. Anything claiming to extend 9m for £20 is a total waste of money and will break. At full extension you need to be strong to control it and have practice at dealing with counterbalance otherwise windows will get broken! Straight up on a vertical at full extension this product is perfect. However if you are trying to reach 2nd story pitched roof windows and therefore at full extension and reaching over the house, you will suffer some bending of the poles and tricky to collapse back thereafter…

Mir ist immer wieder unklar, wie die Produkte solche guten Bewertungen bekommen. Im voll ausgezogenen Zustand ist dieses Gerät nicht einsetzbar. Zum einen biegt es sich fast zum Halbkreis und wenn man es mal halbwegs am Dach hat ist es völlig unkontrollierbar. Der Abzieher hat clever erweise hinter dem dünnen Billiggummi eine schöne scharfe Metallkante, welche alles zerkratz was ihr in den Weg kommt. Ebenso sind die Verbinder so undurchdacht, dass dort scharfe Kanten ebenfalls über das Material kratzen. Also tut mir echt leider, aber das geht gar nicht, vor allem bei dem Preis.

I used this item to clean my vinyl siding after a long term disability work injury that has rendered me disabled with a knee injury. I cannot climb ladders anymore nor use a pressure washer so I bought this item recently to clean my exterior. It works great but the soft scrub brush attachment moves out of place and does not lock good. Yet, I would recommend it but it is a hard workout for arms and shoulders.

I purchased this pole to help me clean gutters (that have gutter guards) that are high up on the house. I used to have to go up on the ladder but with the pole and a brush attached to the end I can stay on the ground. When extended out close to the limit you have to be careful but I got the hang of it quickly. Was able to get all the gutters cleaned off in less than an hour (something that would have taken me easily most of the day with ladders). I was also extremely happy with Product support. I did not receive the squeegee attachments I had ordered and my message to support was quickly answered and they shipped me out the missing parts.
