Good story line
I loved that story and those two characters.The guardian and ward thing was original contrary to the same old plot lines and stories.The start was very promising. It will have been better for a longer novel with more time and place to make them grow. It was still very well done though.I just regret the end to be so predictable but it was of course a happy one so I'm happy.

Good Consequences
Should have 6 Stars. Caitlin Crews is one of my new favorites. This was excellent! Loved it from start to finish. I couldn't put it down. I love how she continued their story on and completely wrapped it up in a beautiful HE that made me smile and pictured them for a few more years down the road. Definitely one of the very best I've read in a long time. Will recommend to all!

Mixed emotions
I had a hard time finishing this book but I'm glad I got to the end. I like a strong alpha male but there has to be done humor and kindness underneath that comes thru even at the beginning. It was there in the end but for 90% of the story you hate this guy. The female lead was way too much of a victim and I kept thinking she would finally speak her mind and go away and grow up some but other than her childish meltdown she never did. She just grew to like her gilded cage and accept her role as the child in this relationship. Love supposedly makes it all ok but it felt degrading to me.

Fun read
This book was surprisingly good. They had depth to their characters and growth. The chemistry was great. It was even funny in parts. I found it very enjoyable.

The hero makes Edward Cullen and Christian Grey seem like loving, sorted out men. You know there is going to be some weird power Dynamics from the title but what you get is abuse plain and simple.

There are spineless doormats and then there is lilian. Jeez I felt ashamed to be called a female reading the novel n the way the character of Lilian was portrayed.
