No lipsyncing or miming at all!
Cliff at 81 is still amazing. His voice has changed subtly over the decades but he can still sing and his voice is amazing. There is no miming every single note or word is live. You can see every vibration in his throat or neck as he talks or sings. Some fans who saw him at another venue were saying on the fan sites that he sung the lyrics to Ocean Deep wrong and had to start it again. He laughed and said how did I get those lyrics wrong - I've sung that a million times. Proof indeed he sings everything live. Even my hubby (not a fan) said he's singing live and he thoroughly enjoyed the concert. Usually hubby is the first to pick up on someone lipsyncing - so believe me he was watching avidly. To be fair there were a couple of bum notes but out of 15 songs sung live I'd defy any one to do better. He was on great form - still a great sense of humour and rapport with his audience and he moves about the stage agiley and energetically. I thoroughly enjoyed this concert and am looking forward to watching it on DVD.

Fantastic!
I was lucky enough to see this show live at Sheffield City Hall in October and wow! Cliff was absolutely brilliant although that isn’t a surprise; I’ve seen him in concert many times and he’s always superb. I was only 3rd row from the stage so I got a pretty good look at him, so can categorically state that he looks absolutely wonderful - someone needs to check this man’s Birth Certificate, there’s no way he’s 80! Cliff’s voice was also on fine form and he danced around the stage with the energy of someone half his age - amazing! His band were just fantastic and the set list was brilliant; lots of songs from the 80’s that we haven’t heard for a while so it was a lovely trip down memory lander revisiting them. This DVD is a lovely momento of a brilliant night. Buy it and watch a real showman in action. 100% recommended. EDIT. Unbelievably, I’ve since read some other reviewers suggesting Cliff was miming?! He most definitely was NOT and I respectfully suggest these people get their eyesight and hearing checked!

Cliff at his usual best
Watched this concert in my local cinema which I might add was very well supported and thought the show was brilliant.I also attended the concert at the Royal Albert Hall close to the front and find some of the comments on here quite humorous, comments like he was miming and out of tune are unfounded and can only suggest that these people have a medical.Brilliant show with Cliff in total control and supported by a very talented band which the capacity audience fully appreciated judging by the long standing ovation at the end. Well done Cliff.

The curse of Peter Pan
THE CURSE OF PETER PAN - Cliff has been compared to Peter Pan. A fictional character who never ages or grows up. Cliff is a real character and human. Of course he ages. But at the age of 81 to still be up there giving his all is great. The complete professional. He has been a pop star for over 60 years, and has a great catalogue of songs to draw from. His regular band are first class. The sound is great in this show. Some people think his miming some songs. Does it really matter?. His fan base is huge, and I'm sure this motivates him to keep going. And why not. He is a survivor from a golden age. 1950/60's etc. To still be singing THE YOUNG ONES at 81 must I'm sure be unbelievable to Cliff, as it is about being young!. I applaud and salute him, and wish him well.
