Air X Racer, 49MHz, Green

bought this for a school project. after installing the software on my android phone, and putting in the batteries, it started running around. :) it is easy to control from my android phone, although the speed might decrease a bit if you are standing far from the Racer. I'm happy with it, and glad I bought it. It's been much fun!

The idea behind this car is great and my daughter loved being able to control it with the app. However, the first car we received was broken before we even got it out of the box. That one was returned. Amazon quickly sent a replacement and the first time it was used it worked fine. The second time she took it out, it would not turn to the right. Then it wouldn't turn either direction. Upon inspection by her dad, the plastic pieces that are pushed to make it turn had broken. He figured the motor was too powerful for the wimpy plastic. It wasn't until I looked at the question section for this car that I noticed that other people had issues with the steering breaking also. I did return it to Amazon and was very satisfied with a quick refund.

Bought as a gift for my god son. Dispatched and received before Christmas which was greatl The anticipation built and he was really excited to use it. After getting it all set up and then arranging a Face Time call to see the first drive, we were immensely disappointed to see the wheel snap and come away from the car after the first few seconds of use. Either a poor example of the product, or a design fault. Amazon refunded and now got to arrange a replacement gift. Disappointing.

Bought 3 of these for my sons and son in law. They seem to love them but need to have a remote separate from the cell phone program as the cell phones are updated and the racer program is not. if it had update app. for free that would be great.

I got this for my "bonus" grandson. He is my son's girlfriend's boy and I don't know him very well. I found this at a great price and it turned out to be one of his favorites. He had no trouble connecting it to his Ipad and zipping it around the house.

I have searched all the iphone download apps and cannot find the program used to make the car move since it uses your phone instead of remote to race the car, i've reached out to the seller and also contacted the appnificent company and no one seems to be able to direct me to where you can get the app for your iphone to make the car run.

Son loves this car

Ordered it twice and both times it was delivered broken. The product is defective.
