This hat is good very warm and cosy, but.also perfect for anyone with a larger head. This hat is soft and stretchy,(including the inner lining) so if you find standard hats a little snug, this is perfect.

It's bad luck for this bobble beanie that I happened to get another very similar bobble beanie at the same time so I was able to try them both, and compare them... this one is very nice, but it's just not as good as the alternative.It's nicely made with no loose weaving or stitches, but the yarn isn't quiiiiiite as soft to the touch, and it doesn't have the soft inner lining (or at least, it has a lining, but it's of wool yarn, still) so it made my forehead itchy after a wee while of wearing it.On the other hand, it's a couple of quid cheaper, so if you needed it to be under £14, this is the way to go.It's really a very nice bobble hat... I'm just very aware of the fact that for £2 more, you can have an exceptional bobble hat. (That one is by Fancet Life, by the way, in case you wanted to have a wee looksee.)

It's cold, it's December, it's wet - perfect for reviewing a hat!This arrived in a plastic bag with (thankfully) no other packaging other than a cardboard tag.I received the black version.I'm really pleased, and pleasantly surprised by how nice this woolly hat is.It's a cable knit design (obviously machine knitted) with a soft lining. There is a soft stretchy edge, and the hat is seamed up the back.All the stitching is well done and feels secure. The pompom is a good size and finishes the overall look nicely but can be snipped off if necessary.The lining is lovely and adds that bit of extra heat, whilst being comfortable.I think it's a good hat, it fits my average sized head well, it's warm and comfy.The only downside is the price which i think is too high.Currently priced at £18.99Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.

I chose pink for the wife, she does a lot of running and whilst this isn't any good for that, after a run she needs to keep warm, particularly in the winter.This seems to be well made from a variety of man made fibres. It is soft and warm, with a good lining and decent stitching. There's the odd loose thread but nothing to suggest it might come apart any time soon. The fit is good with plenty of stretch, it will go over my large head so will easily fit hers.I like the colour and style and the pompom looks fine. The price, at £14, is perhaps towards the higher end of what you might want to pay for this kind of hat, but reasonable value considering the quality.
