I got a size down from what I normally would get purely because I didnt want high waisted and they fit me so well! (I was worried they wouldnt😅) luckily with this brand I feel like if you dont want the high waisted look but still want the sweatpants you can size down by one and be fine, they also are so light and airy perfect for being around the house or wearing casually to do things in warm weather they're my new favorite pair of sweats :)
