The mask actually broke on second use while my daughter was swimming. The plastic under the spindle that holds the strap broke off. The plastic might have been weakened by some prior event (packed in a suitcase?). The set then became only semi-usable for a minute or two before the strap would slip off again and the strap would have to be put back on the spindle. But why 4 stars instead of 1? I contacted the company and they were willing to send a replacement. I appreciate the customer service and hope that this was an isolated issue. I do think that the area where the strap connects to the mask could be better protected, maybe covered with soft plastic using the same material like cell phone cases?

What an incredible piece of junk. Obviously just trash hastily produced and priced cheaply in an attempt to sell garbage cheaply on Amazon. It doesn’t work, period. You get what you pay for….
