First time using it!
I am 100% new to pilates, but have done yoga before for the past few years. But I really loved it! The video is not too long so it is nice in the morning to not spend all your time working out. The workout itself is not too challenging for a beginner, but still makes me work! I'd highly reccommed this for someone who is not looking to spend a lot of time on workouts!

I've been doing yoga and pilates for 3 years now and I have to say the dvd that comes with the wai lana double ball work out kit is in deed quite a work out! It freshened up my yoga/pilates routine. each ball that comes in the kit ways one pound,and you can actually reinflate these if they lose air over time,its easy to use and a great workout,if your like me and don't have hours to spend at the gym this kit is a must have.
