I have used Arches for decades. It’s great watercolor paper! Always reliable, I’m never disappointed in results. It is a consistent product over a long time.

I don't feel that this brand needs a review - as it well know. It the best watercolor paper. Amazing quality paper

I’m new to watercolor and I’ve just been buying cheap paper, until now. This paper is amazing! 100% worth the money! I’m still learning and I tend to use too much water at times, while other paper does not hold up, this one does!

Without any hesitancy, I always choose Arches 140 lb. Cold Press paper for superior absorbency of watercolor paint. Colors stay true and with the proper handling of a brush, pigments are far less likely to backrun or create blooms. The paper doesn't fall apart and only slightly buckles when a lot of water is applied. It truly is well made and superior in quality. It's a product I can trust!

This watercolor paper is nice and thick. One needs a flat palette knife to separate each page as it is sold as a block of paper. Very professional and a joy to use!

I was using cold press watercolor paper previously but it wasn’t 100% cotton. I kept hearing that it makes a huge difference but I thought as a beginner that didn’t matter. Wow, I was wrong. This paper doesn’t buckle and the way it absorbs water and pigment gives you more control over what is happening on the page. Which is exactly what you need when learning new techniques.

The description says 9x12. It was delivered today and was 10x14, not what I wanted. I looked closely today at the image, it shows 10x14.Paper is the exceptional quality you expect from Arches. No issue there.

I was impressed- This paper can sustain lots of water, scrubbing and other techniques without damaging the paper- I usually cut mine in half-And I use it for my finest projects-because it is expensive- if I am just fooling around or practicing- I use the cheap Watercolor paper

Cant go wrong with this paper, worth it!

The quality of the paper is of the usual fine standard - but to find only 12 sheets instead of 20 in the newly packaged block & with such a substantial price hike , is very disappointing .Why has it become so much more expensive ?
