This product is perfect for a small business. It is a bit confusing to set up at first, but once you get it figured out its easy. The reports are perfect and easy to read. The time adjustments can be a bit confusing at first. When the shift goes past midnight it does a weird thing with punch out, it asks if it is a new day punch or something like that. It has made my life with payroll much simpler.

PROS:- Affordable- Relatively easy setup- You can add a 'manager' user which has administrative rights (contrary to a prior reviewer's comments). I contacted support and they responded within 24 hours- Excellent supportCONS:- Cannot view passwords while typing them- Only provides reports in pdf format, no other, such as an export to csv. So it's not possible to integrate this with payroll software.

Easy setup and user friendly. No monthly charges or hidden fees. Installation on one computer but with the ability to create several profiles. Accuracy on the time clocks, it creates a spreadsheet at the end of each pay period.

This product is not as easy to use as we have been led to believe - the top portion of the time clock itself has been cut off and cannot be accessed.

The weekly report does not print all the days, just the most recent. If someone could please respond as to why that is happening, it would be greatly appreciated. If that works, this would get a 5 as it did take a little bit to understand how to get everything set up, but is pretty easy once installed. However, if I can't see the reports and hours, it doesn't do much good.Thank you

I needed a simple cost effective way to track my salary employee's hours. I had hoped to install the program on my server and allow employees to access it from their desktops and I would be able to pull all my time reports from my desktop. But this program wont work that way, in fact I cant get it to work at all. None of my employees had even been able to clock in. Every time I try to open something the files are missing. Don't waste your money on this either.

This program is exactly as discribed. It's nothing fancy, just a simple on screen key pad. Being able to print TnA reports immediately and stop reading time cards has saved me at least an hour on payroll. I just finished my second payroll since switching over and I am so grateful to have it. At first I was skeptical about the product because it was new to Amazon so I called the company and spoke directly with one of the software writers and he assured me if there were any issues, he would deal with them direct and solve it. This program is easily worth more money to me. At this price I figured I have nothing to lose plus buying on Amazon I know returns would be simple . I wish they made another that also tracks sales for commission.

It's easy to use, fool proof, accurate, economical, and already saved me $$ since my manager does no longer need to spend 3 hours calculating payroll and overtime.Alfredo, the owner, is super accessible. I've had to reach out to him about 4 times to set my info and ask loss of questions because I'm not computer savvy at all.
