IT WORKS!!!!!
I am 5 feet 11 inches tall and wight 186lbs. I ordered the XLarge size. It fits a bit tight but it feels good. I used it everytime I ride my mountain bike. I fell down 27 June, 2021 and I am so glad that I was wearing this padded protection. It saved me from major shoulder damage. The padded protection left marks on my shoulder and that would have been VERY VERY WORST had I not been wearing padded protection, so I definitely give this product 5 stars. I read in the reviews about ordering a size above your normal size, I did and I am happy.

Beware, Worst product I've Ever bought on Amazon!
Worst product I have ever purchased through Amazon. Purchased this for my son to just offer a little bit more protection under the football shoulder pads. After a couple of days the hexagonal pieces are coming unglued. Yes, the hexagonal padding consist multiple individual pieces. They appear to be individually glued and then sewn in.Unlike other brands, this padding is not one solid piece You end up with sewn in pocket of lumpy shipping popcorn. What a terrible design.So hard to believe this has an overall rating of 4.5 stars. Are these legit reviews?Ended up going with an EvoShield product.
