Definitely doesn't fall out
I really like this nose ring because it doesn't fall out so you can have it in as long as u like however it does start to hurt after a while but I got this because my mum will not let me get it pierced but she agreed to a magnetic one which even she tried on . Overall I love it and will wear it alot

Not for excessive use
The magnet is so strong so it is OK for about 10 minutes and then you feel the pain. It is a little big but not overally, it comes with interchangeable ends but I wasn't able to change them from the balls. Also makes your nose run quite a bit because of the magnet applying pressure.
