## Questions & Answers

**Q: How does it work ?**
A: It works like a moving strap or tie down harness. You put it around the door and tighten it up. It then has an assortment of loops to either put your resistance band through or hook up a carabiner to then lock to your bands that have metal loops. I found that the top ring and the bottom ring work best. Anything in between and the strap just won’t hold the tension. I sent mine back for that reason. The whole point for these door straps it to maintain tension so you working the band not fighting the slack from the door.

**Q: Do the color of resistance band correspond to different tension or weight?**
A: Hi, the corresponding strengths of the elastic bands are: black 50 pounds, blue 40 pounds, green 30 pounds, red 20 pounds, and yellow 10 pounds. You can choose several elastic bands for combined training, and the strength range is 10-100 pounds. Hope this answer is helpful to you, thank you.

**Q: Can somebody please post the colors with corresponding resistance?**

**Q: Will this work on an 8 foot tall door?**
A: Yes, it is generally suitable. But the bottom anchor point will be far away from the ground (about 1.6 feet above the ground). The item total length is about 16.4 feet, which means it can fit an 8 foot high door, but the thickness of the door panel should not exceed 2.5 inches. If you receive a product with insufficient length, please contact us in time, and we will replace the door anchor with the height of your door free of charge. Hope I can help you, thank you.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love, love, this!!
*by C***W on 22 July 2026*

I had a gastric sleeve done. My doctor stressed how important exercise would be to help with keeping and building muscle and avoiding as much loose skin as possible. I had to do physical therapy and they told me about this set up for my resistance bands. It works so well! Hardly any loose skin after 75 pound loss and my body is so much stronger! No back pain because my core is strong and the knee I was told to have a replacement on doesn’t hurt anymore! I do half an hour and work abs, obliques, glutes, arms and legs. I’m really gaining muscle and it’s easy to do. Just start slow if you’re a beginner like I was. This thing is strong. It’s not going to come off your door. Best money I ever spent!
