I ordered 2. One box was as expected. The second one was all tangled and some pieces were completely disassembled from the clasp. I’m utterly disgusted in the fact that how the hair was handled and prepared to ship. There were more than 15 strands disassembled from the clasp and some clasp only had 1 bundle hanging on to it. What if I didn’t have the machine to assemble. The hair quality is fine obviously. I’m just very disappointed how the hair was tangled up and it seemed like it was just thrown in the box. Not a happy purchaser. THUMBS DOWN! 👎 👎 👎

Hair pieces are held on by a couple of strands of hair
It's pretty simple to use. And installation is fast. But the hair quality that comes in this form of instillation is not good at all. And very few to choose from. I don't recommend this form of installing.

absolutely not working
Bought this gun with the hair extensions. Easy to clip the hair in the gun, takes a little practice. Place the extensions in the hair ......... impossible. Only some will attach, some fall off, some break. Was able to get about 15 in in the first 30 min. The right side of the head. The left side ( if you are applying them to yourself) cant be done. The gun needs to be placed certain way, you cant reach back and press the gun the right way. Returned.

Horrible
Item was so horrible! It was not easy to use, it got caught in my client s hair multiple times, such a waste of money and so so disappointed in it ! I would be never bought this item if I knew how difficult it was to use and how bulky it was . I’ve been doing hair for 20 plus years and this tool is horrible.
