Tasty stuff to enhance your curries...
Tasty stuff, which I used in the chettinad chicken recipe from the cookbook "Rick Stein's India". The recipe called for 1tbsp, in a recipe that serves 4 people, so I'm sure this amount will last me well into the year 2045. Btw, this doesn't have much odor *or* flavor just raw, but develops beautiful when fried for 30 seconds in some oil.

Extremely late shipment
Shipping was so late that I forgot that I had ordered this. I had ordered it on Nova 30 and received on Jan 6. The packet does not look anything like advertised above. This packet has no label or anything. There is no way to tell what kind of product it is, until you open and smell the spice.

This was terrible. It was moldy and smelly and the company doesn't allow returns. Very disappointing and disgusting!
