It can if you make that paper to fit 4x6 ( actually make it a little smaller) and it can’t be a thick piece of paper

Best fit for Marvel Crisis Protocol Character Cards

Best option out there for the MCP cards. I have tried several other brands. Highly recommend them for that purpose. 5 stars is for the fit, that they are not as thick as the others I tried is the only downside. Still quite good protection but not 10/10. More of an 8/10 which is WAY better than nothing!
