Station Memory Function Poorly Designed
There are 10 available radio station memory slots for both AM and FM. The process for manually adding stations is cumbersome but manageable... however using the memory system to actually switch back and forth between your saved stations is very poorly designed. To switch to another stored station, you quickly press the "M" button and it advances to next station... so if you are listening to preset #4 and want to listen to the station on #3 you have to press the "M" button NINE TIMES to cycle thru all the presets back to #3.Also, you can't just use how ever many presets you want... you must use all 10. For instance if there are just 4 stations that you typically listen to, it would be nice to program just those 4. It would make cycling thru using the "M" button much quicker. But even if you don't program anything on the other 6 presets, you still must cycle thru all of them when changing to another station. On our several years old (now deceased) yellow 3M headset there was a knob to select the stored stations so you could quickly turn it right or left to go up or down the presets. Using the example above, on the 3M if you are listening to preset #4 and want the station on #3, just turn the knob one click. Much easier and faster.Whenever a song I don't like or a commercial comes on I change stations, so during four hours of yardwork I might change stations 30 or 40 times. On the ProHear headset, I'm afraid I'll wear that little "M" button out within a few weeks.

Fits well, good sound and noise cancellation
It fits well. The adjustments on the earpiece are easy to reach while wearing the headset. The instructions are are not the best. No where do they discuss charging the unit. I can plug it into a USB slot and it charges forever with no hint of when it is fully charged. It picks up stations within 20-60 miles from where I live in the NC foothills.

Returned After One Day.....but
To be fair, I did like this headset a lot except for one thing, the AM reception was bad. At 70, I prefer talk radio. The headset was comfortable with a well padded headband, better than others that I looked at. The Bluetooth worked great, it was loud and clear with no complaints from the caller's end. I took other reviewers suggestions and set my phone volume to the highest setting. When I got a call, the music stopped and my cellphone ringtone came over the headphones. I then answered the call and when the call ended the music came back on. FM reception was great. Setup was easy. The1st one that I received just came in the box, with no wrapping. I suspected that it was used and returned it. I did not even try this set. The 2nd set came packaged the same way. Guess it is just poor packaging, I did expect it to be wrapped and sealed. It did come with a nice carry bag however. As noted, many AM stations came in weak with an annoying almost pattern like tapping, clicking noise. I would have kept them but for this. I have since purchased 3M Bluetooth AM/FM worktunes from Amazon. So far all is good! The AM reception on this unit is marginally better and acceptable but being AM, it will never rival FM. In retrospect, too bad I didn't try the 1st Prohear headset to see if that one worked OK. Give Prohear a try, it may work for you!

A little underwhelming
I purchased these to replace some old 3-M hearing protectors, with a built in radio. I was hoping for a more high fidelity experience. To me they sound more or less similar, with both lacking bass response. If you like lots of bass, choose something else. These seem a little more "forward" in the vocal range, which would be good if you want to listen to talk radio or podcasts. Ergonomically, these are not as easy to use as the 3-M versions I have. That is largely because the headphones are black, the buttons are black and the hieroglyphs that label the buttons are also black. It is simply hard to see. The LCD display isn't very easy to see either. Then there is the instruction manual (if you could call it that) It reads like it was first translated from Chinese to French, then to German and finally to Engrish. I've been wearing these as I write this. After a few minutes, they are not comfortable for me. I feel like my head is in a vice. On the plus side, the FM tuner is pretty sensitive. As for the AM side, let's just say "it works." The Bluetooth would be good if it was louder. It isn't loud enough for me in a quiet environment. On my lawnmower, it would be useless.

Pretty good reception in the country
Purchased this to wear while mowing my acreage. I live a couple of hours from the radio station. I had to install a elevated antenna for my home radio to receive any FM stations. I was hesitant to try these headphones, and I wasn’t surprised when I put them on and receive any reception. But, as soon as I stepped out of my shop, I got clear reception! I can hear the radio loud & clear as I mow (except under the power lines). I can even listen to talk radio and understand what they are saying. These are hot after wearing them for a while, but it is hot here in East Texas.
