The best advice a doctor has ever given me.
I was getting at least one stye a month and sometimes two. My ophthalmologist suggested I start cleansing my eyes with OcuSoft. I can hardly believe the difference it has made. I have not had a stye since I started using it. Needless to say, it is always in my cabinet and I never travel without it.

I USE IT FOR FACE INSTEAD OF EYELID
Although it's designed for eyelid hygiene, it honestly irritates eye a little bit, so I prefer the wipe for eyelid hygiene and for this cleanser, it's so good for face and it cleans much better than other facial wash. Still recommend it.

Works great for me
My eye surgeon prescribed this product prior to cataract surgery. I have continued to occasionally use after surgery if my eyes or eyelids are irritated by pollen, dirt or just high wind exposure. I have found use very relaxing for my eyelids. I would recommend this product.

Really good for sore eyelids
If you have sensitive or dry eyes, if you have been told by your ophthalmologist to use heat pads on your eyes this item really helps. My eyelids were so sore and dried out from all the eye treatments but this gentle wash really helped.

Great product but totally inaccurate demo video!
Firstly, the demo video that they include in the thumbnails of the product at the top of the page is ridiculous and completely inaccurate. They guy does vague swipe over his eyebrows and eyelids, which is not how you use this product. It's called a "Lid Scrub" for a reason. You're supposed to put a small amount on your clean fingertip and *very gently and lightly* move the foam "side to side," as the instructions say, back and forth across your *eyelash line*, with your eyes closed. This breaks up and clears away the oils that can block the lashline--at the base of your lashes--and cause blepharitis, styles, chalazions, etc. The way the guy does it is absurd and does not at all address the core issue, which is the actual eyelash line. I've used this (with the above method) for 20+ years to keep my blepharitis under control, and I highly recommend it for anyone with blepharitis aka ocular rosacea. I also have facial rosacea and both are caused by an overabundance of demodex mites, which is a very common form of it that causes an itchy eyelash line, puffy lids, redness, etc. This eyelid scrub keeps it under control and the company has a similar product called Oust that contains tea tree oil, which is a natural way to combat demodex mite in your lashes. Tea tree oil is strong, though, so I only use it if I'm having a bleph/ocular rosacea flare-up, but some folks use it on the regular.

Best recurrent styes
Best kept secret in eye hygiene! I started using this after much research on recurrent styes. Optometrist was no help, said it was due to "aging" and use a hot compress for as many times per day as it took for 10 minutes per time. This went on for over a year with 2 periods when I got stye after stye for months. I suspect this is a perimenopause issue at the root given my age and other changes; it has been resolved for over a year now with no styes using this at least once a day after a 10 minutes hot compress in the morning. At night as well if I've used eye makeup. I also feel like it's helped with my dry eye although that could also be the consistent use of the hot compress. Definitely read the directions and wash your eyes after the hot compress. When I was using this before the hot compress it was not nearly as effective.

Foamy eyelid wash
So far, it helps wash away dirt from my eyelashes but maybe my eyelids are just not moist enough, they’re flaky sometimes. They keep coming back.

Best for eyes
For eye safety — or rather, for the hair around the eyes such as eyelashes and eyebrows — dust, oil, makeup residue, and dirt often get trapped between the lashes and tiny hairs around the eyes. If this area is not cleaned properly, it can lead to styes — small painful boils that appear around the eyes. This is not good for anyone, whether children, school students, college students, or working professionals. I recently discovered this. Earlier, both my daughter and I used to get frequent styes back-to-back — as soon as one healed, another would appear, sometimes even two at once. My daughter uses makeup regularly, and I never realized that the hair around the eyes also needs care, just like the hair on our head needs shampoo. Now I understand that eye hygiene — especially eyelash hygiene — is equally important. Since I started using this product, I’ve noticed that even if a stye tries to develop, I clean the area with it and use normal eye drops afterward. Within a few hours, the irritation settles and the stye disappears because proper cleanliness stops the issue at the early stage. I truly feel this is one of the best products to keep at home. Every family member should know about it. Yes, it may feel slightly expensive, but compared to the pain and discomfort caused by eye styes, the cost is nothing. So I would say — go for it. Keep it in your bathroom and wash your eyelashes with it two to three times a week. Stay relaxed and forget about recurring eye problems.

Nice and smooth
This works really nice, especially when combined with a sterile water cleanser for the eyes. I suffer from dry eyes so this gives me the refreshment I need.
