For breathing at night these are a must - the only ones that actually stay on all night
Several times I've been cheap or lazy and picked up other brands or generic versions of Breathe Right Nasal Strips. Don't do it. They do not stay on. These are perfect because they are strong and they come in tan "skin color" (the best) clear for sensitive skin (I don't think these stick as well) and lavender scented, see below. Also a variety of sizes. They don't come off, even when I'm sweaty, until I carefully remove them in the morning.Everyday I use generic:allergy tabs Members Mark, Loratadine 10mg, 400 Tablets (Compare To Claritin) ,allergy nose spray HealthA2Z Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Sprays, 24 Hour Allergy Relief,120 Spray allergy eye drops Visine -A Antihistamine + Redness Multi-Action Eye Allergy Reliever Eye Drops.5 fl. oz, (Pack of 2) BUT FOR SLEEP THESE ARE A MUST! I save money using ones that actually work and I have such a better quality of life when I can breathe at night.I like the lavender too: Breathe Right Nasal Strips to Stop Snoring, Drug-Free, Calming Lavender, 26 count They have some clear ones for sensitive skin but I'm not sure how they stick: Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Extra Clear for Sensitive Skin, 44 Clear Strips

excellent for any nasal breathing issues
If you have any sort of breathing issue, you need this. It pulls open your nostrils to allow air in. If you have a sinus infection, this might be the only way you'll get sleep. Even common colds or the flu, this is a must. After the forest fires last year in our area, I had a severe sinus infection. I didn't want to use nasal spray since they can be addictive. Using these allowed me to function and sleep. You need a few trial and errors to see where you need it most. It pulls the skin out enough for you to get our in your nasal package. I've had several friends doubt me that these work until I gave them a few to try. Buying them in larger packages on Amazon is a money saver. Highly recommend these if you have any sort of nasal breathing issues.

These ones do their job
A good number of reviews have already been written, so I'm gonna be concise.Pros:- Firm hold. I use these to run and sleep, and never had an issue with the strips coming out. Other strips (either the regular ones or the "Advanced") do not hold as firmly, that's why I stick to "Extra" (no pun intended).- I breathe better when using them during my runs.- They reduce my snoring significantly, but not 100& (OK, I'm not a heavy snorer, but my wife loves that).- When removing these strips, zero negative impact in my skin, other than a minute or so of slight red in the area.Cons:- Nothing major... perhaps the fact that they need to be perfectly placed to take effect (better doing this in front of a mirror).

Great with CPAP or otherwise!
I really like using these along with my CPAP. One of my nostrils is smaller than the other and I've used other standard straps over my nose, but they didnt do anything and didnt last overnight. This one sticks really well and widens your nostril like they are supposed to.I use a nose pillow for my CPAP so this helps me A LOT and the nose pillow fits much better. I keep it in my CPAP bag.Other people who don't use a CPAP and are looking to open up your nostrils, you definitely want to go with a extra strong strip like these.Keep in mind though, it's always best to clear your nose about 30 minutes before you go to bed, putting these on definitely will improve the way you breath from your nose.

Sleep Saver at a fair price
I've been using breathe right strips for years. I've tried off-name brands and they don't stick, or don't have enough strength to really open the nasal passages, so I've always gone back to Breathe Right. It really gives me relief at night, especially when I'm fighting a cold or allergies. I don't know what I'd do without them! They even help me sleep better at night when my husband wears them...it reduces his snoring!! This supplier delivered very quickly and is the best price I've found. I order several boxes at a time, so I do comparison shop before every purchase. I've come back to this supplier several times now.

I *much* prefer Breath Right’s “Extra.”
Breath Right has a number of products. It gets overly confusing. I’ve purchased a number of their products. Breath Right’s “extra” works best for me.If you need help opening up your nostrils at night don’t waste your money on other Breath Right products – spend the extra few bucks and buy the “extra” ones.

Too Strong for Me
I really need an aid such as these strips provide. But, the adhesive is way too harsh. In the morning, when I remove the strips, it is a painful and slow ordeal - I feel as though I am removing some of my skin. Although, I have never actually injured my skin, I would like for the removal process to be less painful and with no anxiety. I understand the need for a firm attachment, but I cannot see the need for such an aggressive adhesive. I have tried applying some Vaseline to the skin, but I have not found the medium where the strips will actually adhere to my skin when I am using the Vaseline.UPDATE 2/5/2015: I think I have found the way to ease the removal of these strips from my nose. Before I take a shower, I apply a slim layer of Vaseline and rub it in good. Then, when I shower, I wash my face as normal, with soap and water. The washing seems to remove excess Vaseline.

Sensitive is better
I was using the original kind but some mornings I would wake up and my nose would have bright red dots on it like my blood vessels had broken underneath the skin. So I switched to the sensitive and haven't had a problem since. I didn't notice any difference in how well these work versus the original either.

Best nasal strips I've used so far
I've been using nasal strips for a number of years and have tried a few different brands with little to some improvement in my ability to breathe through my nose when sleeping. In the end I found the best results came when combining nasal strips with Otrivine, but this shouldn't be used continually for more than seven days. So I tried the Breathe Right Extra Strength. These proved to be the best strips yet and I could get away with not always needing Otrivine if my nose wasn't too congested (my general issue). Sometimes I could just use Otrivine in one nostril to reduce use of this agent, only possible with Breathe Right extra strength. Warning: take care when removing. Without sounding uncouth, I work saliva into the strip with my finger to slowly ease off the adhesive. I wonder if an even tougher nasal strip is available...

Very good
The size is great and so is the stick. I can breathe so much better with them on and actually like wearing them because of how much easier I breathe. Theyre comfortable. They don't look as ridiculous as I thought they would so there's that too.

Good quality but too wide for me.
I find these too wide and therefore uncomfortable, if you feel you woud benefit from this then I would recommend them. Having said that the quality is good and they always stick unlike the cheaper ones that copy the design. You pay more for these however you get what you pay for. I will order the original design from now on, they do work out more expensive because you only get 30 in a pack unfortunately.

They stick better!
I need to use a nose strip every night, and it's annoying when they don't adhere properly, as they are not cheap. This extra strong variety has a wider band, and they do stick more reliably. Harder to peel off in the morning, of course!
