Good product but not great
It's saying rubber and it may be, but the wheel looks like plastic, feels like hard plastic. It will serve the purpose I intended for but rubber is what I wanted.

good value for the money
Wish they would make these with better valve stems with threaded nut on both sides of rim to hold stem in place. Make sure you clean rim or add tape to prevent rust of something from puncturing the tube I had to patch one

Fit perfectly
I have a handcart and the tires were flat. I looked up repairing them and it looked difficult and the cost was around $20 for the material. These were $25 for a pair of new tires that fit perfectly and easily installed. So worth it!

Clearly lowgrade Asian Replacement Part (reliability questionable)
The rims are made of aluminum which wasn't my concern, the WAY the HUB was soldered to the wheel! Clearly used an aluminum welding rod and NOT welded per se properly. This is a genuine concern because if there is an extremely heavy load on these wheels - and they fail from the low grade aluminum 'welds', there's going to be a serious issue. Additionally, the bolts and nuts holding the wheels together, are NOT US SAE or Metric; it's some off brand bolt pattern that I couldn't find an exact socket for. I was able to use a 14 mm which mostly held on the nut side and the bolt head was a weird 6 point 12 mm?? But NO other 6 point or 12 point socket from 3/8' to 14'' would work?! However, the bolts were loose as others stated so certainly tighten them up before use. I have extreme reservation using these cheap products but will have to for now. I actually do NOT recommend these do to these fabrication qualities and should the nut fall off, you're going to be struggling to find a socket.

Excellent replacement for inflated tires
After several years my hand truck required frequent tire inflation. Eventually the tires would not hold any air. Fortunately the tire size and axel size were compatible with these solid tires. No more angst when I need to use the hand truck.
