I ordered the Queen sized pillow. What I received is NOT the queen sized pillow. Pushed as flat as I can squish it, my pillow measures 15" x 24". This is SMALLER than a standard sized pillow, but larger than the toddler sized pillow advertised by the seller. This looks ridiculous in a standard pillowcase on my king bed. Despite the sizing issue, this pillow is supportive and comfortable. The shape gets out of whack after a night of sleep, but fluffing or flipping the pillow each night helps to reshape it for another night of good sleep. Because of the size, I do find myself having to shift the pillow side-to-side as I roll over during the night. Overall, I'm disappointed by the size but happy with the quality of comfort and sleep.

I get frequent headaches from flat or overstuffed pillow due to the angle my neck is while sleeping. I have tried several different types of pillows and like shredded memory foam the best however, have run into the memory foam loosing its uumpf. So I tried the type that I can add foam to and it worked well for me. This pillow is a smaller size so I can stuff it in my suitcase - I need to travel with my own pillow otherwise I will get headaches. It keeps its shape really well, I just have to punch/fluff it a couple times a week and it is back to original. The cooling side is not really a noticeable difference from the other side but that doesn't really matter to me as long as I don't get a headache.

Bought this pillow based on the reviews - which were great. I received the pillow yesterday and slept on it last night. Best nights sleep in a while, no sweating. Was cool all night. Soft and comfy and firm enough. I’m used to using 2 pillows and just had to use this one by itself. Highly recommend. Bought another one this morning!

The cooling is cool at first but in very little time it warms up. The foam is super over stuffed too which only gives the option of removing it (and then finding somewhere to store it). Not as nice as other pillows of this type.

I'm a night a sweater and after trying so many cooling pillows I almost gave up. Then bam, problem solved. It really works but it does come with an awful smell. After I washed the outer layers and the smell went away. I have never had a pillow that has more than one washable outer liners. BTW you can actually adjust softness and density by removing some of the filler if needed. Where else can you find a pillow with so many options and a great price. Highly recommended.

I never write reviews. This is the worst pillow ever. Hard as a rock. Lumpy beyond belief. Total waste of money.

I had bought this pillow about a year ago and it was great! Super thick pillow that stayed cool just as I had hoped. Well my husband kept stealing it and I finally gave up and replaced mine. The second pillow was not the same. It was much thinner and I find myself flipping and moving the pillow all night long to find a cool spot. The pillow is cool to the touch until you lay your head on it. I hate it. Will be replacing it with another brand.

I’ve been using this pillow for a couple of nights, and it’s been really comfortable. It feels cool and fresh, even in the heat, and didn’t have any strange smell out of the box. Of course, everyone has different preferences, but for me, it’s been a noticeable upgrade and worth trying (Also really fast delivery by amazon, in 6 hours i har my product:)

At first for my wife and I bought this pillow is quite nice one side hot one side cold, however a couple weeks of past and now we both find the pillows are just hot in meaning having to get ice packs sweating horribly.
