Brilliant boots, use them in the fells and on dog walks. They are completely waterproof and a game changer. Superbly comfortable and convenient with drawstring laces. Highly recommended.

Took these shoes for a 12 mile run/hike through boggy terrain and they held out perfectly. Socks dry and feet feeing fine.

I’ve been fell running for decades, worn many, many brands of shoe, and feel I can give an informed review on running shoes.These are just the right fit for off road running - for uneven surfaces you need a snug fit. For walking I would order a half size larger.They give great support.Have good heal cushion while remaining stable.Out of all the shoes I’ve worn these have the best grip on soft and muddy ground.

Firstly, these come up small so you'll need to size up by 0.5-1 size.They look great and have been comfortable to wear so far.However, they're not very practical for anywhere other than trails. There is almost no grip on flat smooth surfaces. I find myself sliding all over the place on walks around the village. Pavements, bricks, tiles, paving, manhole covers all become an unexpected challenge to remain upright on.

I have bought it recently and more time is needed to judge its performance but my first impression is very positive. It is very solid and sturdy and its waterproof ability was proven to me the first day I got it since it was raining heavily. It would take some time to get the hang of its lace but once you do it is great. I wish they would add a sheet to the box on how to use the lace properly.

I can’t say enough about the Salomon Speed Cross running/hiking shoe. For an ALL weather runner and hiking shoe, it’s been amazing. I walk at least 4-5 k a day in the forest with my dog and the grip is still in great after 1 year. Now it was wearing, so I bought a second pair but the shoe itself is still in great condition. Very comfortable and dry, through rain and snow. I honestly would not get another outdoor shoe. I love how easy they are to put on after you configure the shoe and laces to your foot. I’m now the owner of three pairs and alternate depending on the activity.

A little snug when I first tried them on, but after walking around a while I realize they fit just fine. I have used these for just golf, best golf shoes I have ever had. I was concerned about scuffing the greens with the aggressive tread on the bottom but this has not been an issue. I walk 18 holes (pushing a cart) 3 or 4 days a week and after 6 rounds there is no evidence of wear on the bottom. I do try to keep off the cart path and walk on grass as much as I can. Comfortable, durable, good looking, and the easy pull up "laces" all equal a great product. These are waterproof and I just bought a second pair (of the non-waterproof version) for summertime use.
