Great product. i broke my elbow and needed the next step for healing from my soft cast. The velcro is strong and well attached. The material is soft but does attract every piece of lint, string, pet hair etc. I used a lint roller and that helped. This is easy to put on and take off. This keeps your arm stable and my elbow was well cushioned (with the insert) and because there’s velcro straps it can be as snug as you need and adjusted should your injury/recovery have swelling. I used an ace bandage under mine just by choice. Sleeping in this, as I chose because of necessity, was comfortable and kept my elbow and arm protected and in the correct position. I would firmly recommend this product!

It does really help. I have super bad "Golf" elbows. I wear a great flexible brace during the day, and this product super relieves and pain left over when i go to sleep. Mornings are way better on my elbows. Kind of difficult to get used to sleeping with it, but i found that i fall asleep faster because of pain going away.

I had a radial head fracture with a sore bruised elbow, filled with fluid from the trauma. This brace will do very well through the healing process but if your looking for initial pain relief right after an accident, only full immobilization with a cast can do that. This brace fits well and has enough support for the issue, combo it with a sling and you’re good. My only gripe is the non removable metal support insert is too long and dug into my wrist but It was simply solved with some padding

As described. Very good quality brace. My husband said it felt a tad uncomfortable at first but when he put the foam pad (that was included) at the elbow, it was perfectly fine. Hopefully won’t ever need another but I would purchase again. Thank you!

Good quality had to send back because the brace wasn't big enough for my arms but seemed to be built good seems like elbow wouldn't move if the brace was big enough

Brace had great quality, material seems durable and Velcro is strong. Size is accurate and allows for adjustment. It is also lightweight which makes it comfortable to wear. Used to stabilize elbow fracture and avoid hurting while sleeping.

I severely sprained my wrist/forearm and had no idea what to do about it. I chanced upon this item and it was exactly what I needed for stability to allow my arm to heal properly. A regular sling was too cumbersome and it was always needing adjustment, which caused further pain for my arm. This brace allowed my arm to stay in position with no chance of it swinging downward or involuntarily using it. If you are in a similar situation, this was the best out of like 7 or 8 similar products I tried, and it is big enough that you can even use a smaller brace underneath this larger one if necessary. Thank you for making this product and helping me on my road to recovery!

Unlike most braces the velcro straps don't go through metal/plastic eyelets and fold back so you can tighten them, they are just loose pieces of velcro that stick to the other side. This makes it impossible to get a snug, secure fit and makes it VERY DIFFICULT to put on by yourself. Once it's on it quickly works loose because the velcro is weak and makes a poor connection to the fabric it sticks to, because these aren't real "hook and loop" fasteners -- it's hooks that just stick loosely to fabric, there's no corresponding loop part. Frankly this thing is garbage and a waste of money. Even if you had somebody to help you get it on and tighten it it will just loosen up within minutes. This is a completely FRAUDULENT product that DOES NOT WORK.
