I’ve found it very difficult to source egg tagliatelle in supermarkets. They have tagliatelle, but egg tagliatelle is much better. It’s tasty, complements any sauce and it’s quick to cook.Hand on heart, this is more expensive than I’d like, but I find the egg version is more satisfying. You need less. I’ve used other De Cecco pasta and I’m happy with the results. This tagliatelle cooks very quickly and retains a bit of bite. It’s delicious even with a plain tomato sauce, a few basil leaves and a smatteriof Parmesan. I’ll buy this again.

Really nice pasta, but not resealable, so you have to put any you don’t use in something airtight. Perfect for Al Fredo recipes
