They are really hard to put on your wrists. Ankles ok. I find the sand slides to one end when you are trying to close them on your wrists. Not sure if I’m going to keep them.

Stitching coming apart right out of the box. One strap longer than the other. Quality control is pretty much non-existent here.

This is probably served better as an ankle weight for the average person. Otherwise, it's awesome!
