Best re-writable discs I've used
I've tried several different types of re-writable discs for images and videos. These have performed the best with successful downloading/burning and good overall quality playback. This vendor also delivered them timely and in good packages. Overall, top-notch.

good viable solution for 50 G BD storage
I was quite fortunate with this brand BD-RE disks...Wrote 9 out of 10 discs successfully first write at 2x. So after this first spindle successful writing recorD, bought a second. nd pln to stay with this brand for 50G BD-RE. .Impressed.

Looks cool sitting on the shelf.
It's too hot in Texas to risk burning anything right now.

Excellent price for 50GB BD-RE discs
The discs are excellent. At 50GB, they are good for tertiary C_Drive backups (I keep a rolling backup of my entire computer on an attached 5TB USB drive and once a month do a C_Drive backup to a series of 50GB BD-RE discs, etc.)The one recommendation I would make...and this applies to all rewritable optical discs really...is to do a full-disc erase before burning anything to them (full as oppose to the 5-second erase.) I know they arrive blank, but I've had rewritable discs not burn correctly, even if blank//new from the factory...without doing a full-disc erase pass first. For these discs, you're looking at about 3 hours to do a full disc erase (which basically means you drive goes over the entire surface of the disc and heats it with the laser.) but I encounter far few problems later if I do that first thing. After that, I'll just do quick erases unless it actually errors on a burn again (which is one of the nice things about rewritable discs in general, you can try again if a burn fails, etc.)

Great for backing up your PC ✔️
I used these discs for multi-session recordings to backup my current PC in preparation to replace it. The discs appear to be of a physical high quality.
