Works well, he is happy with the purchase.

Knife was great!
The knife worked great. It was very sharp and it worked really well trimming all the fat off. The balde of the knife is worked great but the workmanship of the handle wasnt that great. The plastic parts on the handle arent transitioned smoothly to the tang. The cutting guide wasn't that great. I used both plastic spacer to get 1/8 thickness and it came out thicker. It was hard to get even slicing. Maybe with more practice I will get the hang of it.

Cheap and easy.
Finally my jerky pieces look like jerky pieces. Good stuff. Doesn’t take any space at all in my kitchen. Love it.

Not impressed
Tried it and found it to be much harder and a huge pain in the butt then doing it by hand. Much slower too for me. Knife is just ok. Just not impressed over all.
