Easy to install
I got these as replacements for an extremely tight Igersol Rand 1/2" drive impact. I put on a socket and almost impossible to get off. Even after filing the retainer a little, it was next to impossible to remove it even on several other sockets I tried. Replacement is easy, just pop the old retainer off and pop on the new one and give it a little crimp with pliers and you're all set.

Fit my Chicago Pneumatic 1/2" Impact
I have an older Chicago Pneumatic 1/2 impact wrench air tool. The rubber o-ring and metal ring was exact match! My sockets are once again holding onto the tool!

Does what it should. Only time will tell on durability
Install was almost to easy as I have replaced a lot these. But seems to be holding up as I use it all the time.
