I have had the necklace 3 months. The copper plating is flaking and peeling off already. I was under the impression this was real copper especially because I have other products from the company and they have never looked like this and I have had had them for 4 years.This company had great customer service and wanted to make this bad situation right that could work for the both of us. This is indeed copper, unlike some others have said. I was wondering at first as well, but sanded the coating off (I prefer raw copper) and it’s solid copper.It’s very nicely made. I was handling it roughly while sanding and it held up strong.Very nice looking and feel.Only issue is the clasp. They make a big deal about the special clasp - but mine just has a standard necklace clasp.

This product has made a big improvement with my back. I am not stiff when I wake up in the morning anymore. Bending over to feed my dogs used to be a painful process, but that pain is no longer is a factor in my day.Only problem is that I have to clean the necklace on a regular basis, otherwise it turns my neck green.

The magnets are powerful however the copper is plated, and I bought two of these necklaces, smh.
