Q: How does it come with?

It's quite nice with 4 light, 4 pinkish, and 2 dark which I mix in. I've only used 2 so far. It gives you a nice glow for about a week. But I wouldn't say the foundation sticks in the skin. Every 2 weeks followed by 1x a month with serums is what I'm told from experts. On youtube, this product seems about the same as clinic.

Yes,the essence foundation will be perfect with derma pen

Q: Can this treatment pigments be applied with a derma pen?

Yes,you could apply the ampoule serum dierctly on face as essence,but there is better result with Derma Pen.
