The media could not be loaded. We’ve had this hose reel for almost two years now, and I’m honestly so impressed with how well it’s held up. Living in New York means we bring it inside during winter (just to be safe), but even with regular summer use, it still looks and works like new.The Smart Trak guide is genius—no more fighting with a tangled hose! It winds up smoothly every single time, which makes watering our garden so much easier. I also love that we haven't had any connection leaks. The heavy-duty resin hasn’t faded or cracked despite being outside all summer.It holds our 225-foot hose with no problem, and the brown finish still looks nice in our yard. I like knowing that it’s made in the USA.If you’re tired of dealing with a messy, kinked-up hose, this reel is worth every penny. Excellent addition to one's garden. We use it to unwind and wind up our 100' drinking water safe garden hose. What a nice, easy and useful tool this is.Our old hose reel box had to be trashed, when the handle broke off ---- and shame on the company for no longer selling replacement parts (boo).Should have got this hose reel box ages ago. Just love it. Especially love that the top opens up. Sometimes the hose end gets sucked back into the box and being able to open the top is a must.Have to say, though: Despite the fact that this hose reel box (we got it in brown) is less than six months old, the top of it is already fading and looking kind of worn. Combination of sunlight and water, it looks like. We keep ours in full sun, but I don't remember our other hose reel boxes (also all in full sun) starting to look "old" so early on in their lives.That said, all these months later and the mechanism still rolls very smoothly and easily.

Great purchase. We have it outside of our home and they are very durable and help us maintain the hose organized.

Was able to handle our 100 foot hose. It’s a little unwieldy but does the job. Fit our HOA requirements color-wise, so that was a plus. Not perfect, but it looks and works well enough for the money spent. Don’t have to store the hose in the shed anymore, which was always a pain, and it was always in the way.

This is more than just a hose reel. This reel rolls up the hose without kinks and knots. It works like a fishing poll reel: the heddle moves back and forth to lay the hose on the spool nice and neat. You pull the hose out without having to use the handle, and then you can use the handle to roll it in. Works great for my long front yard hose. I have one of these in the front yard and the back. Its worth the money.

This is the cheapest made hose reel I ever had. I reeled a 100' hose and not even 10' in on a 50' hose it jammed. At 100' the hose is almost to the top of the end caps of the reel itself. Once I started to reel the next 50' hose, the hose wound over the end cap and jammed the entire thing up. Trying to unwind the hose was such a struggle. The housing is such cheap plastic that it would just start to collapse on itself. To unwind the hose, you need to use the handle and pull the hose at the same time. It is too flimsy to pull just the hose and if you don't pull the hose while using the handle the drum will just spin. Do not let the drum spin without the hose coming out of the housing. This made it bind up more. Finally got the hose free and unwound the entire amount of hose. That's when I noticed the plastic piece where you attach the hose on the drum is now cracked and leaks water pretty bad. Cheap hard plastic. If it wasn't such a hassle to return product to Amazon this would definitely be going back. I did fix the leak with JB weld. And reeled only the 100' hose on. To get the 100' hose on I had to keep tension on the hose and make sure that it wound perfectly onto the drum. I would not put more than 100' on this. I guess this is what I get for going cheap.

I don't know why I didn't buy one sooooner!I'm getting another one!Easy to set up.Easy to deploy and retract hose.Easy to keep hose rolled up neatly and out of the way! There is a guide (inside the stroage container) that guides the hose along, back and forth, as you turn the handle so there are NO twists or kinks!😍

This hose reel works fine and is my second one for the other side of the house. As with anything plastic you need to handle it with care so it works for many seasons. Note: It does not come with the hose but does have a short hose for attaching to wall faucet. Small hose includes washer.
