I was sponsored by the other tape that is advertised a lot with neon colors but no matter how I taped my athletes, it would fall off. Rocktape is the opposite, it sicks and you do not have to worry about it peeling off. Now if you use lotion, baby oil, sunscreen or anything else on your skin, of course it will peel off. If you shower you should be fine but if you soak in a tub then it will come off. I use the normal sticky not even the h20 stuff and it is highly effective for up to 3 days. The glue used is also very effective and hypoallergenic unlike some of the cheap versions of this tape. Do yourself a favor and buy this, spend the extra money for a better product and easier experience.

My husband injured himself severely and ended up seeing a sports chiropractor. The doctor recommended taping his shoulder for healing and told us to buy this, and we could actually do the taping at home, which we did definitely was cheaper than having the chiropractor do it.

Love this tape for all needs. I use it in my sensitive areas like my stomach because it forms hurt to take off. I have very lose skin due to weight loss and need support so this is the only tape I use for that. Price point is expensive but I stocked up during prime day. I suggest you do the same next prime day!!

This works for me, I have issues with the adhesives on many types of bandages and tapes, this one doesn't bother me much: I usually wear for 3 days, 4 max, then take off for 24-48 hours before I put a new piece on. I occasionally get a bit of itching with this but no redness or breakout and it keeps my foot happy.
